Yogurt cake with chocolate chips that doesn’t need an oven
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar (45 g)
1 sachet of vanilla sugar (8 g)
3 tablespoons of oil (45 ml)
125 g of yogurt
60 ml of milk (¼ cup)
190 g of flour (1 ½ cups)
10 g of baking powder (2 teaspoons)
Chocolate chips to taste
Preparation:
Mix the wet ingredients: In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yogurt and milk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add the dry ingredients: Gradually incorporate the flour and baking powder, stirring gently until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Directions: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour batter into pancake-sized portions and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve: Serve warm, sprinkled with sugar or honey, if desired.
