Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna in water, drained
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon of sweet relish
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
- Sliced bread, for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare the tuna:
In a bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.
- Mix the ingredients:
Add the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, relish, and lemon juice. Stir everything together to combine.
- Season the salad:
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the salad:
