Super Fluffy Butter Cake

Ingredients:

  • 200g butter at room temperature
  • 200g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300g wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the pan: Grease a cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  3. Beat the butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs: Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. 6. Combine the mixtures: Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Start and end with the flour mixture. Add vanilla extract, if desired.
  6. Pour into the pan: Transfer the batter to the greased pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  8. Let it rest: After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
    Then remove from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

Tips: Garnish with your favorite fruits, it will be a perfect combination.
