Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed. 3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust. Make sure the mixture is spread evenly. 4. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. 5. After 15 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking the pie for another 35 to 40 minutes. The pie is done when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. 6. Allow the pie to cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. This will allow the pie to set up and makes slicing it easier. 7. Serve the pie at room temperature or refrigerate it and serve it chilled.
