Ingredients: - 1 lb white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia) - 1/2 cup flour - 1/2 cup cornmeal - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 cup buttermilk - 1 cup shredded lettuce - 1 cup diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup diced onions - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro - 1/4 cup mayonnaise - 1 tbsp lime juice - 8 small corn tortillas - Oil for frying - Lime wedges for serving Instructions: 1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, cornmeal, paprika, salt, and black pepper. 2. Dip each fish fillet in buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture. 3.
