Origin:
Chicken pizza is a delicious variation of the traditional Italian pizza, which has become popular in many parts of the world, especially in Brazil. This version combines the essence of classic pizza with the juiciness of chicken, creating a tasty and comforting meal.

Ingredients:
For the dough:

• 2 cups of wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 cup of warm water
• 2 tablespoons of oil
  For the topping:
• 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
• 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
• 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup of chopped onion
• 1/2 cup of sliced ​​black olives
• 1 teaspoon of oregano
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the dough:
   In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
   Add the warm water and oil. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
   Knead the dough on a floured surface for approximately 5 minutes.
   Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place, until it doubles in size.
2. Preheat the oven:
   Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
3. Assemble the pizza:
   After the dough has risen, roll it out with a rolling pin until it forms a round or rectangular shape.
   Place the dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
   Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.
   Sprinkle the shredded chicken, chopped onion and olives.
   Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and finish with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bake:
   Bake in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Serve:
   Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Cut into slices and serve warm.
