Chocolate Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake


Ingredients
2 cups cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
½ cup melted dark chocolate
½ cup strawberry purée
1 chocolate cookie crust


Instructions
Preheat & Prep: Heat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Make the Batter: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Divide & Flavor: Split batter into two bowls. Mix one half with melted dark chocolate and the other with strawberry purée.
Create the Swirl: Pour both batters into the chocolate cookie crust, alternating spoonfuls. Use a knife to gently swirl them together for a marbled effect.
Bake to Perfection: Bake for 40 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
Chill & Serve: Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
