Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

  1 cup of pizza sauce
• 2-3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
• Olive oil

• Dried oregano

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to its highest temperature, usually between 450-500°F (232-260°C).
2. Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface.
3. Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
4. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
5. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
7. Season with a pinch of salt and dried oregano.
8. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown, usually about 10-15 minutes.
