Caesar Salad

Ingredients: - 1 head Romaine lettuce - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1 cup croutons - 3/4 cup Caesar salad dressing - 1 lemon, juiced - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 2 anchovy fillets, mashed (optional) - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Clean the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, combine the Caesar salad dressing, lemon juice, and minced garlic. If you're using anchovies, add them in as well. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. 3. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce. Toss until all the lettuce is coated with the dressing. 4. Add the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese to the salad. Toss again to distribute the croutons and cheese throughout the salad. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve immediately. Enjoy your homemade Caesar salad! Note: You can also add grilled chicken or shrimp to make it a complete meal.
