Ingredients:


White Brigadeiro
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons of vinegar
10 drops of red gel food coloring

White Brigadeiro:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
After boiling, cook for another 10 minutes or until it reaches the soft brigadeiro stage.
Transfer to a baking dish and let it rest for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator until completely cool.
Assembly:
Carefully wash and dry the strawberries.
Carefully roll each strawberry in the cooled white brigadeiro, forming a layer around it.
To make the syrup: Combine the sugar, water, vinegar, and food coloring in a saucepan.
Cook without stirring until it reaches the hard candy stage, about 20 minutes.
Gently dip each stuffed strawberry in the syrup, drain off any excess, and place on a greased or nonstick surface to dry.
